With 25+ years of experience in the mortgage and banking industry, and more than 10,000 loan transactions under her belt, Kari Phillips is a Loan Officer and Branch Manager like no other at one of the country’s top mortgage lenders - Rate. Kari leads a team that provides both borrowers and real estate agents with the best service and great loan products available, while differentiating itself in the lending space by offering fair and transparent rates, with a goal of driving to a full underwritten approval before they are in contract, rather than the simple “pre-qualification” – all of this allowing the strongest possible position for clients to purchase or refinance.
Kari is the proud mother of two girls, and wife of 18 years to her college sweetheart, whom she met while pursuing her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing from Hillsdale College while on a basketball scholarship. She also went on to receive her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toledo. Life brought the Phillips family to Las Vegas more than 20 years ago, where her husband is a practicing probate attorney. In her free time Kari can be found on the greens mastering her golf swing, painting, or supporting her kids at their favorite sports and activities.
